This month we have a great economic and ergonomic product designed for lifting heavy circuit breakers within limited space. The Custom Ruger Lifter with a Powered Winch was designed by our talented engineers to meet the requirements laid out by our customer.
WHAT IS IT?
We knew right away the best solution for lifting washing machine sized circuit breakers would be a Custom Ruger Lifter. This lifter has a max capacity of 650 lbs and a small turning radius. With such tight turning our customer can maneuver better than other, more cumbersome, circuit breaker lift trucks. These lifters also save money over the long run thanks to maintenance and purchase costs.
NEED TO MAKE A TIGHT TURN IN AN AISLE?
No problem for this lifter. With swiveling rear wheels this custom lifter can turn in its own length. While you’re doing a material handling donut, other lifters are attempting a 10-point turn. With easy maneuverability this lifter will have circuit breakers lifted and transported in no time. Stop struggling to place circuit breakers in tight aisles and just push this compact lifting equipment into the tight spaces you need it to go.
WHAT MAKES THIS LIFTER UNIQUE?
Some would think getting a circuit breaker lifter to maneuver easily down an aisle is enough, however, added features are always welcome. We’ve equipped this Custom Ruger Lifter with a 12V DC powered winch. Typically, you’ll find manual hydraulic powered lifters, but we wanted to make the most out of our customer’s material handling productivity. A powered winch with push button controls lets the user lift and position loads with ease. No more hand pumping for the user of this Custom Ruger Lifter. We’ve also equipped the powered winch with a battery charger to make sure lifting stays productive.
SO, WHAT DOES THIS ALL MEAN?
Let’s imagine you have a line of circuit breakers, each the size of a washing machine that need put into place. With traditional lifters it will take several turns to get into position and depending on the size of the aisle that could be a lot of strain on your back, legs, and arms. Before you know it you’re too tired to do anymore lifting and you’re productivity has been cut in half.
Using a Custom Ruger Lifter with an on-board powered winch, push button operation, and a battery charger means you’re working safer and faster.
